We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Event Manager for Borgo Santo Pietro,
an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan
countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
The Event Manager will have outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills to
work with cross-functional teams. He/she will have a special talent for ensuring an

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage all our private events, such as celebrations, weddings and other special
    seasonal events, including selling the whole property exclusively.
  • Handle all event inquiries: propose, follow up and contract, ensuring T&Cs and
    hotel policies are met.
  • Negotiate dates, spaces and rates to reach sales goals, ensuring that the company
    vision and mission are respected.
  • Encourage business through impeccable customer service.
  • Manage email correspondences with travel agents, wedding planners or direct guests.
  • Promote, organize and conduct site inspections.
  • Coordinate all the departments involved in private events, including taking care of
    the ODS/BEO indicating all the details for the creation of the event; follow up the
    operational and logistic on-site needs when events take place.
  • Manage the events in the company PMS system, including check of deposits,
    payments and final bill before the final invoice is issued.
  • Cooperate with the marketing department to promote our events.

Borgo Santo Pietro Relais: Hotel Manager

Located in the heart of Tuscany, the Borgo Santo Pietro estate, also characterized by its ‘from the land to the plate’ philosophy, is a five-star Resort set on approximately 120 hectares of cultivated land and gardens. The estate includes gardens, vegetable gardens and medicinal plants in which, our staff work daily to produce fruits, vegetables and aromatic and medicinal herbs according to the principles of organic cultivation. Plant products are used primarily in the kitchens of our two restaurants within the Resort, Trattoria sull’Albero and the Michelin-starred restaurant Saporium, and the additional Michelin-starred restaurant Saporium Firenze. Official products, on the other hand, are used in the preparation of a cosmetic line of body care products. Within the estate, there are also vineyards, a farm with farmyard animals, cattle, pigs and sheep, and finally an artisanal dairy.

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations. In this position, you will direct the day-to-day Operations. Your duties will include managing personnel, collecting payments, monitoring budgets, and evaluating hotel performance. The Hotel Manager will have outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams. About the Position

As a Global Trainer, you’ll design and deliver world-class training for professionals in partnering luxury spas worldwide. You’ll craft engaging theoretical and practical sessions, lead online and in-person masterclasses, and represent our brand at high-profile events. This dynamic position demands a proven spa trainer who excels in presentation, embraces international travel, and embodies luxury hospitality values while embracing a natural, science-driven approach to wellness.

Your Role as Global Trainer:
– Work collaboratively with the Seed to Skin Tuscany team to elevate the standard of our treatments. – Deliver top-tier theoretical and practical training, both online and in-person, for Spa Therapists and Spa Directors.
– Train therapists, spa receptionists, and Spa Directors in the application of Seed to Skin
products and treatments, including skincare techniques, and facial and body massage.
– Educate therapists, spa receptionist and Spa Directors on the use and benefits of all Seed to Skin Tuscany Retail and Professional Products, ensuring they are competent in their use within Seed to Skin Tuscany Treatments.
– Ensure trainees are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and memorable client experiences.
– Develop detailed evaluation reports for participants and maintain accurate training records.
– Collaborate with Global Brand Trainers and Account Executives to plan training schedules and materials.

What we are looking for:
– NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face and Body) is essential; CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualifications are highly desirable.

– Extensive experience in the luxury spa industry, with a proven track record in creating and delivering training programs.
– Expertise in treatment protocols and product knowledge.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility to travel extensively and a full, clean driving license.
– Full passport with no travel restrictions.
