For our Michelin starred restaurant Saporium, we have opened the selection for an experienced Chef de Rang to join our team.
We would like to meet professionals with 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant, 4 o 5 luxury hotels or starred restaurants, with excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy and flexibility.
A fundamental requirement for the position is the perfect and fluent knowledge of the English language, careful and orderly presence, high standards of service, customer orientation, attention to detail and good ability to work in a team.
We offer a full-time seasonal contract starting April 2022 and full live-in with accommodation and meals if needed.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurants and/or 5-star hotels
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dedication to personalized service with extreme attention to details

- Able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level) as well as Italian
